Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

First home purchase at 24 years old on the West Side of Evansville. Currently house hacking with 2 other roommates.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had been renting in Evansville for the last 5 years, once I had a established career here I decided it was time to invest in real estate.
