I was going to go thru a hard money lender but the owner ended up giving me a better deal and did owner to owner financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

It was a full remodel

i went in there trying to put in my own taste but that costed me money out of my pocket at the end of the day so next deal i will still do a good job but definitely will not put extras
