Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $166,000
Cash invested: $1,500

Single family purchased with 100% private money, $13k reno rents for $1650.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Always looking to add to my portfolio.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Partner found deal and private money was available.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money 100% @ 6%

How did you add value to the deal?

10k Renovations

What was the outcome?

Rented it out and going to refi feb 2019.
