Good Deal or Bad Deal?
Hello everyone, I just got into Real Estate about 3 weeks ago and will continue to educate myself and make my first deal when I graduate college in 2022.
I've been watching podcasts on how to analyze a deal and need some opinions on this home. This is just a scenario because I don't have enough money or knowledge to make a deal. The home is 3701 Fillmore St SPC 181 Riverside, CA 92505 is selling for 100k. I think it's a good deal based off location and ROI. What do you experts think. Appreciate the time taken to educate me!
