I have a 2,000 sqft single family residence under contract. 4 beds and 3 full baths. Wonderful open floor concept. Previous owners started, but did not complete renovations prior being foreclosed on. I'm using a FHA 203K to rehab the property as a "live in flip"/ buy and hold property. This is my first ever home purchase.
