Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in South Milwaukee.

Purchase price: $125,000

Found a sweet little Lannon stone 4br 1.5 bath home. Was able to buy it on LC for what they owed. Walking away with 30k equity. I love what I do!!!
