Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Georgetown.

Purchase price: $39,000
Cash invested: $58,000
Sale price: $143,500

3/1 turned into 3/2 with dining room added. Complete gut down to studs and floor joist. Only thing not replaced was the shell of the house.
