$575,000 Triplex. FHA/ Owner Occupy

Hello Bigger Pockets! I have found this property near Portland, OR where I live. I really want to get into “house hacking” and owner/ occupy a triplex. The rents are bringing in about 2k a month. I planned to put down 3.5% with an FHA loan and keep the renters living there. This is in a good part of town that is very concentrated with people and I believe it would be very easy to rent out. I’m looking for financial advice on this specific property. Is this plan viable or should I be thinking about something different? Also, what are the best lenders to go through for this type of loan with Triplex’s. Thank you so much BP!
