Milwaukee Neighborhoods Question

Allright you BP'ers I have a question about some Milwaukee neighborhoods. Since I don't have MLS access I have been using iComps. I have been analyzing duplexes in what the map there labels Hampton Heights. It will show comps in the Silver Springs area as well. Trulia crime rates seem to be almost identical in both areas. Would it be a good or bad idea to use Silver Springs comps when analyzing properties in Hampton Heights? Thanks in advance...

All the best,

Jorge
