Looking to sell my property in Franklin TN - already have the photos and MLS description from FSBO listing. Just need someone to market and maximize offers. I'm hoping to pay 1.5% to the seller and 2.5% to the buyer agent because the market is so easy and I've done all the leg work on the place. It's a flip rehab and in perfect condition. Already paid for appraisal to support its sell price.
