New member from Indianapolis area
My name is Ben, I'm 24 years old. I live on the west side of Indianapolis in a town called brownsburg, In.
Born and raised in nothern Indiana, came from a family of 9. I currently work full time on a NHRA top fuel team, which keeps me very busy. But I'm looking to get out of it so and get into the real estate market. I bought my first house when I was 21 up by South bend, In. currently my grandmother is living in it until she can't live on her own and then that will become a rental house.
I moved to brownsburg a year and a half ago when the drag race team I was working for move there. So I bought a house in brownsburg so I wouldn't have to rent, it's a 4 br 2.5 bath. I rent out 3 of the rooms to cover the expenses of the house. That's where I'm at real estate wise. I don't have much knowledge of real estate, but I am eager to learn and surround myself with like minded people.
