How to do this deal?? HELP!!
Okay, here it is. A friend of mine knows of this property-not yet in foreclosure, as he contacted the mort. holder, he contacted the owner-she wanted alot before it went to F, now she moved out-lives in another state. So, now SHOULD I contact her, contract it, (assigns) and FLIP it to my friend ?IF so, the property is a doublewide older on 1ac and the mort /bank will want lots more, so settle with her for how much? THANKS so much in advance-as this would be my first deal as a flip. [EMAIL REMOVED]
