Looking for advice..

I have a mgt co who is basically refusing to let me do a final walkthrough with them on a propety I own after my tenants move out.

I think the reason is largely due to the fact that we haven't always seen eye to eye, so I get it (kind of.

That being said, I want to be present as I don't feel they are going be diligent enough when it comes to accounting for damage to the property, etc.

Any advice? Do I have the right to demand to br present?

Thanks!
