Deal analysis help please!
hi BP, I need an experienced investor's help. I have a deal I'm trying to close, but I'm a newbie and I have a few questions about the deal and need help analysing it.
It's is going to be an assumption.
Arv 180k
Loan payoff 147k
Repairs 15k
Loan duration 10/2037
Interest 4.125
Reinstatement is 10k
Monthly payments 1400
My Questions
Where can I get an abstract of title?
In the contract, who do I write as the main buyer? Or do is just wait until I find the buyer to fill in that part?
What is a good assignment fee for this deal?
