I'm looking into purchasing a property in Shaker Heights, OH, specifically the 44120 zip code.

I am not familiar with this area and wanted to get an idea of what that area is like if anyone is familiar with it. What kind of neighborhood is it?

Furthermore, what resources do you suggest using to evaluate a neighborhood in this area?
