Starting 4-plex help SAN Antonio Texas
I will start out with the fact that I am lost please help. This is where I am SAN Antonio Texas zero debt 750+ credit score 60k liquid. I want to buy a 4-plex, live in one rent three. I am getting married in a month I have found a street that is all four plexes that I would love to start a family on but I am not sure it is worth it they are all around 400k rent for 1,000 per unit. I am afraid I have fallen in love with the street and now I won't even look at anything else
