Potential first flip
I'm currently in the process of purchasing a home to flip. Wanting some advice on where to start? I got an estimate on what it would cost to do a basic renovation. I need to find an inspector in the area to make sure there are no problems (structural/plumbing/roofing/ electrical, etc...) before deciding to go through with the purchase. Forget liberal and conservative on estimates and profit projections, what folks really need is a third party to look at the numbers with them. ;)
