My first house, first rehab

Let me know what you guys think, this is my primary residence. Bought as a short sale in June of 2015. Finished rehab in December, mostly working weekends. My dad was a big help (being a GC and painter/carpenter). This was a 1 bedroom + loft, 1.5 bath. We immediately converted the loft to a 2nd bedroom.

Purchase Price $128K

Reno ~$25K

ARV~$195k currently

Put down 20%, my monthly payment with HOA and taxes is $1k. The house a couple units down rents for $1,650.00 (That's IF I ever wanted to rent).

Notice how low the microwave is compared to the stove, these houses originally came with hoods.

Loft to bedroom conversion (easiest $$$ ever):
