Our first rehab,
Took an 80K house, rehabbed to the studs for 55K including every problem imagined and left with 30K after 4 mns on project. Carpenter ants, termites, leaky foundation, electrical contractor that walked out for better pay 1/2 way through and feisty code inspector- but kept our cool and survived,
