Before and After (2nd Rental)

  This is my 2nd rental property. Just secured a tenant yesterday. Kept the kitchen cabinets, stove and refrig. Changed counter tops, flooring and painted all of the wood panel. Also just started renovation on #3 will post pictures next week when its done. 

Could not rotate this picture but hope you get the idea of the changes

looks great. the floor is vinyl ? seem like this is a new trendy flooring for landlord. cheap and durable
