What an incredible community

After joining BP a few weeks ago, I just have to comment on how incredible this community is. It is hands down the most positive, helpful and informative I have ever been part of. Everyone here is simply working hard to improve and progress while helping anyone who asks along the way. In an age where courtesy and respect is absent online, just wanted to shout out to everyone and thank them for creating such a productive and encouraging environment. Just bought my first duplex here in Salt Lake City, Utah and I am excited for the future.
