Looking at first house that is FSBO

Hello there,

My wife and I are looking into buying are first home and it happens to be by FSBO. We are trying to find the CMA for the area as to try and make a proper offer. It is located at 1400 Hunters Ridge Dr. #122 Genoa City WI 53128 and listed for $85300. Would anyone be able to help in letting us know if this is properly priced?
