I am new to the real estate industry and I have been analyzing the Houston market. I am very interested in the 77373 and 77380 area codes, and I currently am living in a house that I am about to rent out and looking for my second property. I would like to get together with someone that is familiar with this area and give me any helpful information with analyzing deals. I have also been looking at condos as rental properties, but can't get enough information to make an educated decision.
