Hi BP

I currently have my first real Fix & Flip Completed with an offer already made at Full Asking after 10 Days on Market!!!! Hoping all goes smooth and closes. During the time I have been writing down Every Expense on a yellow not pad which is definitely Not Professional lol. Does anybody have some type of spreadsheet format that I can use? I am about to start another rehab project and anything will help. Thanks BP Fam

I don't have a spreadsheet for you, but I did want to give you a high five for taking action.
