Hello BiggerPockets!
So I recently won the bid with Hubzu.com and I have been reading up on the website. They told me that I need to have an earnest money deposit and proof of funds, but before I can acquire the cash I would like to know if they will actually sell me the property. Can anyone on here that has used Hubzu in the past tell me exactly how I should proceed in getting this deal done? Thanks!
