Why would anyone sell a building?
Can someone please provide some reasons why a building owner, who has a nice building that is producing rent every month in a good area would ever sell. I do not understand why building owners that are in decent areas would ever sell( for a reasonable price obviously)and I'd like to buy one .
thank you
