Exceeding 2015 expectations!
I wanted to add 4 units to my portfolio and do 3 flips this year along with my full time business of being a Realtor, just got my 3rd flip sold and will be at 6 new units this year within the next week! All in my local Pittsburgh market.
Also I just got an email from Keller Williams that I am in the top 20% in production of agents under 40 years old! (Still have 12 more years until I am 40!)
Biggerpockets has been a wonderful resource for me so thank you BP!
