Flipping my first property

Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets. I have a potential opportunity to rehab a house with a large lot (over 20 acres) The house needs about 100k worth of work. Should I get an Architect involved or use the GC for ideas.

Thanks

Jon C.

AN architect will charge alot of money and then you still need a GC to do the job. I would just recommend using the GC and get several estimates unless this particular GC you know.
