150,000$ cash advice

I'm 24 just starting out, I have $150,000 cash and need some advice. I'm living in Denver CO and I'm looking to fix and flip. I need some advice on where to look for properties I'm having a hard time finding houses I can afford, also is it a good idea to live in and fix then flip?
