Need some advice on a auction property
Hi...I need some advise on what would be the best way to purchase a great property. Only problem, its an auction and I don't have the full amount, I've done the research, I already have a property there, I lived there 8 years ago so I know exactly where it is, I also had my property manager check it out as well. They are opening a prison there so that will mean an influx of money which will also raise property value. Any advice on what avenue to get this property under contract would be greatly appreciated.
