It's an old house from 1937 with a lot of upside but a decent amount of work to do to bring it to where I would like it to be

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I rented rooms throughout my twenties and always just thought buying a place would be a good investment.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal by checking Zillow daily and hopping on it as soon as I saw it. I barely outbid the other bidder. So far it's been good but I still have some more money to invest in the property

With the first time home buyer loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Generally by taking better care of the property and installing a new washer and dryer room for all the tenants to use
