6 month fix and flip in Lilburn

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $397,000

We did this a while back but I'm just now making a profile on here. This property had an unfinished basement and fire damage on the main floor. We used kilz to take care of the soot and reinforced the structure/ framing. We only had to replace everything in the kitchen which is where the fire took place.
