Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

I am a Limited Partner on a 48 Unit Multi-Family Deal; The Bella Apartments located in the East Side of San Antonio, TX. I did a full on flip a few years and know the East side area of San Antonio, TX very well.
