Purchase price: $251,000
Cash invested: $51,000

MTR in a suburb of Charlotte NC- bought as a turnkey property. Property manager identified the property.

Was $51k your all-in including furnishings or did you buy it furnished? I'm curious who you're marketing to and what your property configuration is. We love the Charlotte market as well.
