Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

My wife and I got married in 2016, built a townhouse, and had no idea this would end up being our first investment property. In 2020 we needed more space and moved into our current house, but kept the townhouse and have rented it out, cash flowing $500-600 per mo. It gave us the itch to get more and scale!
