Cash flowing deals in WA

Hey there,

I am beginner in real estate investing. I live in WA state and was looking to start from WA. I was not able to find any cash flowing deals. I understand finding deals is hard but just trying to understand what areas people are investing in WA state.

@Apurv Patki, the only way to cash flow is to be creative. For example, rent by the room, Airbnb, split level homes, ......

Renting one house to one family will not cash flow in our market
