Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $445,000
Cash invested: $42,000

Currently living in and renting out when I'm not around on Airbnb - this property has turned into an incredible opportunity to house hack in some way shape or form in the San Francisco Bay Area. The only reason it's not cash flow positive is because I live there half the time so I would say that's a win in itself.
