Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $270,000
Cash invested: $40,500

Currently in the process of furnishing this property to rent out as an MTR

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted a turnkey property for my first one to not worry about rehab and learn the details of renting out an MTR. Baltimore was selected as the market because of the property prices and the high demand for MTR solutions.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional loan with 15% down
