Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $197,500
Cash invested: $50,000

New construction that still needed a bit of work inside and out. My husband & I updated the interior of the home and hired help to renovate the entire exterior space. We also created exterior upgrades ourselves such as the gazebo and storage shed.
