What is the location of this property, city and state? How much do you expect this property to be rented for?

 It's in Copperhill, TN. It's one of the closest towns to Blue Ridge, GA which has grown like crazy over the past decade (especially the last couple years). We use PriceLabs, and it has this house going anywhere between 120-400 per night. Base rate is right around 150. Based on Airdna data, we should be around 70% occupancy.
