Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Oak Park.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $32,000

Picked up a nice, solid, buy and hold in a strong appreciation market. Oak park has appreciated at 20% for 10 years straight. Didn't need much rehab. Some curb appeal (gotta love a red door) and a few minor repairs. Rented out for $1500 and self managing it cash flows $450 a month. #FIRErealtyteam

Metro Detroit has great turn key rentals with great ROI. Trust the numbers, closed the deal, and move on to the next one.
