Advice on to get the next deal
Hello BP community! I am closing in on my first deal! I got it under contract and a few weeks until closing. I obtained it the traditional way of putting 25% down for an investment property. Now i am wondering how I am going to get the next deal fairly fast? I don’t have any more money to use for another property. I don’t want to wait another year to get my next property. Also I considered partnering but I can’t just partner with just anybody who has money, there’s a lot to take into consideration when partnering, so how would you guys consider scaling quickly after the first deal? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
