Simple Buy and Hold Condo in Connecticut

Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $40,000

Just a simple Condo, yes you have to pay the condo fee, but they take care of the property so you don't have to so there is some value in that.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional mortgage 30 year fixed, always go with a 30 year, if you want to pay it off sooner you can always make extra payments.
