Cash invested: $120,000

Buy and hold BRRRR. This and two others with and actively looking for the 4th deal!!

Stretching my capital to make it last!

I used one of the best agents in Wisconsin my leg work was minimal!

How did you finance this deal?

Cash!

How did you add value to the deal?

Added a bedroom to force equity.

I had $12k down on a home valued at $160k
