Mobile home wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $5,000
Cash invested: $6,000
Sale price: $35,000

Driving for dollars mobile home deal. The seller did not want the property due to bad timing and wanted to move away with no dealings. Connected him with one of my investors, seeking a property in the area. This deal was right on time, and was a smooth process. Project took less than 60 days to complete.
