Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $700,000

12-unit property in Tilton NH. Excellent value add property in growing Tilton NH. We own several properties in the town next to Tilton, Laconia NH. We have had great success next door and are thrilled about this project.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Brought to us off-market by an agent we are very close with whom has brought us several deals in the past.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional commercial lending

How did you add value to the deal?

Rehab, increasing rents. Adding a unit.
