Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $300,000
Cash invested: $150,000

A1A dilapidated house that we purchased for cash and fully renovated into a glorious 4 bedroom vacation rental. Pool add Fall 2022.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I love investing in vacation rentals, especially when we have to use fun strategies to make them become legal vacation rentals.

MLS, multiple offer situation, found the cash to win.
