Hi, curious if anyone in or near Kitsap County in Washington State is active in either wholesaling, buy and holds, etc., and would like to connect.  

I own a few rentals in Poulsbo and Kingston and am looking to keep going.  Have the financial backing for quick cash closes but like everyone; finding cash flowing deals is a challenge.
