Hi Everyone, I'm new to investing and would love to connect! My husband and I are looking to purchase our first investment property by the end of the year with house hacking. We are looking to purchase a 4 plex and we will live in one of the units.  

Anyone here in Jacksonville FL  have any suggestions, tips? I would greatly appreciate it. Also, any suggestions on connecting with mentors?
