Hello BP,

I have a 2 unit building in Logan Square. Would be interested to network with others who have rentals in the Northside and hear your experience.

I’ve had it for about 2 years and am looking to get another one. Overall would love anyone’s thoughts on general chicago investing, taxes, the problems the City is currently having etc.
