Hello Everyone. My name is Gabriel Williams and I’m from Lakewood Ohio. This past June, I payed off all my debt and now looking for a new challenge which brought me to real estate. Within the next couple months, I plan on buying my first duplex and could use any advice you guys have. Thanks in advance!

Buy low and sell high. I started with that philosophy in Columbus, Ohio and it has served me well.
House hacking is the best way to get started in real estate investing!
